As some parents may already know, last season there was an issue with Registration of Mini players, below the age of 12 years on the Rugby Connect system. The system was not offering dates of birth bellow the age of 12. 

This meant that our club only showed one mini player registered with the club. This has significant implications for insurance of the players, compliance with IRFU Regulations and access to club support scheme resources.

We are pleased to report that the technical issue appears to be resolved after a couple of people have tested it.

However…..AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT:

We need all parents of current players and new players to log in to RugbyConnect and register their children again with the club and update proof of age information when you do.

Please do this as soon as possible, as the RugbyConnect system is only monitored and memberships approved about twice a season. So we want our full squad of talent showing up on their system from the start of the season.
