We welcome all past, present and new players, boys and girls, for all age grades back for training. Munster Rugby have decided to start Youth competitions early this season so make sure you get IRFU Registered and back for training.
- Adult Senior Panel are already back on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7.30pm
- U18.5 are starting back this Friday 28th August at 7pm (to step up to two evenings a week soon after).
- U16/U15 are also back this Friday 28th August at 7.30pm (to step up to two evenings a week soon after).
- U14/U13 are starting back Saturday 5th September (evening time to be confirmed)
- U12/U11 and all ages below will start back on Sunday 20th September at 1000hrs
